Sample our variety of wood types and Microban® Performance finishes for use on your custom built fireplace mantel, fireplace mantel shelf, our Classic tongue and groove planking, our New England Classic wainscot systems or our custom window cornices. The woods that we use on our mantels, shelves, classic planking and window cornices is a combination of solid wood and furniture grade veneers.  Our  curved crown molding, trim and all fluted pieces are solid wood.  Most flat boards more than 4 or 5 inches wide are typically a high quality MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) with a furniture grade, true wood veneer.  The following options are available for sample:
