Wood Paneling Questions and Answers

So you have decided to order wood paneling from Design the Space. You have picked out your design and finish, what is next? Here are some of our most commonly asked questions for ordering wood paneling on the internet.

-    How quickly is paneling shipped? 

Most panels are in stock and will arrive within 4 to 5 days.  Panels that aren’t in stock normally arrive within 8 business days!

-    How are 48”W x 32”H wainscoting height panels shipped?

Most orders for wainscot height panels are shipped UPS and no signature is required at delivery

-    How are 4x8 paneling packaged?  

4x8 paneling orders are securely strapped to a properly sized wooden pallet with special edge and corner protection.

-    What type of shipping company is used for 4x8 paneling? 

We ship 4x8 paneling using 18-wheeler commercial trucks.  When your order ships, you will receive a shipment notice email from us. 

For deliveries in residential areas, the carrier will call you to make an “at the street, curbside delivery appointment” and you will have to be available to meet the truck, inspect and sign for the shipment.  Residential deliveries will normally be on a truck with a lift gate to help bring the product to the ground

Deliveries to commercial addresses are normally right to the receiving area and someone will need to be on hand to receive, inspect and sign for the shipment

-    What is the price of the paneling?

  The pricing is on each paneling page and you’ll see that the more panels you purchase, the lower the price per panel!  Also, you can mix paneling styles to get a total panel quantity price break!  We suggest you think about another room or area that might be paneled as you place your order to increase your savings!

-    Can you cut my paneling for me? 

Yes!  We will make custom cuts and charge just $2 per routine cut.  Order paneling cuts as you check out or call us for help with custom cuts.

-    How do I order Paneling?

First select your paneling style, then, if shown as an option, select the paneling thickness that you want, select paneling quantity range that you will be purchasing to adjust the pricing correctly, and then enter the quantity of panels you are ordering.  Click ‘Add to Cart’ and when finished adding products to your cart, click Proceed to Checkout. You'll get a copy of your order via email within minutes of placing your order.
